All students should have opportunities to demonstrate the following performances. Prior to completion of Grade 2 students will:
Use input devices (e.g., mouse, keyboard, CD-ROM) and output devices (e.g., monitor, printer, headphones) to successfully operate computers, and other technologies. (1)
Mouse: click, select, drag and drop, resize
Computer: boot and shut down; open/exit programs
Communicate about technology using developmentally appropriate and accurate terminology. (1)
